To all tournament promoters,
Below is a copy of the tournament liability release waiver form for 2018. Due to the ever increasing number of law suits our corporate legal staff is cracking down and requiring that these waivers be complete filled out and turned into the park before teams participate in your events. Games will have to be held up until all waivers are collected. Please be one of the good guys and either you or someone in your organization collect these waivers and turn them in to our daytime coordinators.
