Request for Tournament Dates for 2026

The NCSSA is asking all Tournament Directors to send their requests for tournament dates for 2026. This request period will be open from October 1, 2025 thru December 1, 2025.

The scheduling committee will review all requests and then submit a 2026 NCSSA Tournament Schedule for approval to the Board of Directors. Per the Board’s decision the final 2026 calendar will be available on line by Feb 1, 2026 or before.

This extended period before declaring the schedule final, will allow the Tournament Directors time to get their dates approved from the cities, which should result in less change during the year.
