The Board of Directors is proposing changes to our By-Laws. To be clear these changes are not changing our objectives or operations. There are some grammatical corrections but the main focus is to better define who our members are, what region they are in and voting rights.
We are also opening up the eligibility of the Office of President to all Director Representatives not just Primaries. Another key element is the possible appointment of a representative to the Board if a region is unable to fill the 3 positions allocated for a region.
Please review the proposed new By-Laws as we plan to vote on them at our December General Meeting. As always the board encourages your responses.
