DESCRIPTION:IMPORTANT – IMPORTANT – IMPORTANT – IMPORTANT – IMPORTANT \nThe NCSSA is asking all Tournament Directors to send in their requests for tournament dates for 2025. This request period will be open from October 1\, 2024 thru December 1\, 2024. \nThe scheduling committee will review all requests and then submit a 2025 NCSSA Tournament Schedule for approval to our Board of Directors. Per the Board’s decision the final 2025 calendar will be available online on Feb. 1\, 2025 or before. \nThis extended period before declaring the schedule final\, will allow the Tournament Directors more time to solidify their venue dates\, which should result in less changes and cancellations to the schedule. \nPlease submit your tournament date requests to: \nGary Tryhorn\nChair\, Scheduling Committee\ngtryhorn20@gmail.com \nIMPORTANT – IMPORTANT – IMPORTANT – IMPORTANT – IMPORTANT
