DESCRIPTION:IMPORTANT – IMPORTANT – IMPORTANT – IMPORTANT – IMPORTANT\nThe NCSSA is asking all Tournament Directors to send in their requests for tournament dates for 2023. This request period will be open from October 1\, 2022 thru December 1\, 2022. The scheduling committee will review all requests and then submit a 2023 NCSSA Tournament Schedule for approval to our Board of Directors. Per the Board’s decision the final 2023 calendar will be available online on Feb. 1\, 2023 or before. DESCRIPTION:NCSSA Members\, \nThe Annual General Meeting will be held at the Manteca City Council Chambers\, 1001 W Center St\, Manteca\, CA. 95337\, at 10:00am Saturday\, December 3\, 2022.\nThis meeting is held only one time each year for the General membership. There will be elections for the 5 Regions\, 3 for each Region\, who will be the next years Board of Directors. \nEveryone is encouraged to attend\, with special emphasis on the managers and assistant managers. Each team attending will be allowed 1 vote per team on any rule change or deviation from the current rules or procedures. Remember\, all rules and procedures can be added or changed only by a Team Representative attending the meeting. \nTopics of interest and discussion this year will center on Tournament Venues; Rules comparison with SSUSA rules; types and models of softballs to be used. The floor will be open for discussion on any item brought forth that is relevant to our game. \nManagers\, this is your opportunity to voice your concerns\, action or change can come from it.
