The Annual General Meeting will be held at the Manteca City Council Chambers, 1001 W Center St, Manteca, CA. 95337, at 10:00am Saturday, December 4, 2021.
This meeting is held only one time each year for the General membership. There will be elections for the 5 Regions, 3 for each Region, who will be the next years Board of Directors.
Everyone is encouraged to attend, with special emphasis on the managers and assistant managers. Each team attending will be allowed 1 vote per team on any rule change or deviation from the current rules or procedures. Remember, all rules and procedures can be added or changed only by a Team Representative attending the meeting.
Topics of interest and discussion this year will center on Tournament Venues; Rules comparison with SSUSA rules; types and models of softballs to be used; and the 1-1 count. The floor will be open for discussion on any item brought forth that is relevant to our game.
Managers, this is your opportunity to voice your concerns, action or change can come from it. Please ensure that you attend or send a representative for you.
