Important Notice for all Tournament Directors

The NCSSA is asking all Tournament Directors to send in their requests for tournament dates for 2020. This request period will be open from October 1, 2019 thru December 1, 2019. The scheduling committee will review all requests and then submit a 2020 NCSSA Tournament Schedule for approval to our Board of Directors. Per the Board’s decision the final 2020 calendar will be available online on Feb. 1, 2020. This extended period before declaring the schedule final, will allow the Tournament Directors more time to solidify their venue dates, which should result in less changes and cancellations to the schedule.
