Dean Perkins, who relocated to Idaho a few years ago because of his declining health, is now on hospice battling lung cancer. He has recently moved to a Certified Family Home facility where he gets a lot of individual attention. Although his cell phone is still operating, it is rare when he is able to answer it and converse. He is still wheel chair mobile, and might appreciate a card.
